The White House denied media reports that President Trump would receive Khalifa Haftar in Washington.
A White House official told US-based Al-Hurra TV channel that the news is just rumours and news regarding that Haftar received an invitation from the US president is incorrect.
Libyan pro-Haftar media outlets had circulated news that Haftar had received an invitation from the US President, Donald Trump to visit the White House, in order to discuss the Libyan crisis.
