The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdel Hamid Dbeibah, stressed on Tuesday, the importance of holding parliamentary and presidential elections to end the conflict in the country.
“We reject any unilateral decision taken by the House of Representatives (HoR)”, Dbeibah said after his meeting with a number of members of the High Council of State (HCS), adding that “the HCS is the other part of the decision-making process, and we support any path that leads to elections."
PM Dbeibah also stressed the need to advance the constitutional path in order to reach the elections.
