The United States Embassy in Libya commended what it called the continuous progress of the 5+5 Joint Military Commission (JMC) on the plan to deport mercenaries and foreign fighters from Libyan soil.
The US ambassador to Libya, Richard Norland, described the meetings of the 5+5 JMC held in the Egyptian capital Cairo as important, saying that these consultations and agreements, made along with neighbouring countries, should fully complete the implementation of the ceasefire agreement.
