The Special US Marine Task Force Commander Adam Chalkley said that the situation on the ground in Libya is improving, hinting the possibility of US diplomatic mission's return, to function from Libya.

"After six years of the devastating attack on the US Consulate in Benghazi, we can ensure today that no similar tragedy will occur again, Chalkley said during his speech before the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies in Virginia on Friday, noting that since the attack on the US consulate in Benghazi, many initiatives were carried out through the joint force, which led to this change in the security scene, as he put it.
