A team of recovery workers connected to the General Authority for Search and Identification of Missing Human Remains has recovered the body of an individual who was handcuffed and dumped into a five-meter deep water well in the Sidi Essid district of Tarhuna city.

The Authority confirmed that the team found the body after receiving a report of the corpse being discarded in an abandoned well in Tarhuna city.

The General Authority for Search and Identification of Missing Human Remains have recovered in excess of 235 bodies left behind by Haftar’s militias, 25 of whom were discovered south of Tripoli, with 194 remains discovered in Tarhuna.
