The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) has signed an agreement with Nasa'em organization in Benghazi to provide educational services for about 1800 children.

"The Convention aims to intensify cooperation and provide educational services for pre-school children and their counterparts with special needs," UNICEF explained via Facebook.

300 children in the pre-school stage will receive during the current and next year, informal lessons that would guarantee them access to quality education, according to UNICEF.
