The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) revealed in a report Friday that the number of internally displaced persons in Libya have exceeded 187 thousand people, apart from 404 thousand returnees, clarifying that it has conducted more than 33 thousand medical consultations, distributed between disembarking points, shelters and urban areas.

Around 6,400 displaced families had received financial assistance, while the funding requirements for the current year is expected to amount to 88 million US dollars, according to UNHCR.
