The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) disclosed that the number of people displaced by the aggression on Tripoli as of last April amounts to 70 thousand people.

The UNHCR clarified in its latest statistics published on its official website on Friday that more than 9 thousand civilians were forced to flee their homes over the past weeks to safer locations.

The UNHCR noted in its statistics that the additional figures have pushed the total number of Libyan IDPs up to more than 172 thousand and 540 IDPs.
