The President of the UN Security Council, the Norwegian Ambassador, Mona Juul, whose country holds the presidency of the Security Council for the current month, said on Friday that she is expecting to adopt a decision to extend the mandate of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) next Monday.
This comes a day after the United Nations Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, called the Security Council for unity and clarity on the extension of the mission's mandate.
