The British Ambassador to Libya, Caroline Hurndall, has commended lifting the force majeure on the oil ports, saying this will contribute to advancing the economic development wheel in Libya.

This came during her meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Najla Al-Manqoush, to discuss a number of files of common interest to both sides.

During the meeting, the ambassador stressed the need to work on completing the legal basis for holding parliamentary and presidential elections as soon as possible.
