The so-called Omar Mukhtar Operations Room of Dignity Operation has confirmed that two of its fighters were injured during night clashes that broke out with fighters from Derna Shura Council.

The media coordinator of the operation room, Abdul-Karim Sabra, said in a press statement that the clashes took place in the southern front line of the city, clarifying that the injured fighters were transferred to the field hospital in Ain Marah town.

Lately, Derna witnessed sporadic clashes between Shura Council and Dignity Operation fighters, who are poised to invade the city after declaring the surrounding areas as military zones where all movements were prohibited.
