A spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, revealed that a new round of talks is due to begin between Russia and Turkey on the Libyan issue this August, or September at the latest.

Zakharova, during a weekly press conference, confirmed that the negotiations between Ankara and Moscow, of which the last round was held in Ankara on July 21 to 22, would resume in Moscow in either August or September, at a date to be agreed upon by both parties.
