Tunisian Foreign Minister, Khemaies Jhinaoui, said that the "jihadist" groups have not yet been defeated and that they will try to return to the places they previously had control on, such as Libya, using other names, but with the same Takfiri ideology.

In his address to the Munich Security Conference in Germany, Jhinaoui said that ISIS seeks to return to Libya after its defeat in a number of places in Syria and Iraq.

"During my participation in the counterterrorism conference in Kuwait, I made clear that if we are to win our battle against terrorism, it has to be under the name of "war of thoughts", which will eradicate extremist thinking that attempts to attract young people to ideological distortions, in addition to fighting poverty and unemployment." He said.

He insisted that there must be a concerted international cooperation to combat terrorism in all its aspects, as no country is far from the danger.
