The economic adviser to the Tunisian Prime Minister, Rida Saidi, confirmed his country's support for joint investment projects with Libya to contribute to its reconstruction.

He pointed out that these projects are expected to start work during the coming period. He also pointed out that the Tunisian-Libyan trade exchanges have not been interrupted in recent years, with several investment institutions active in Libya during the past period.

Saidi stressed Tunisia's strong support for the peace process in Libya and the reconstruction of the country, adding that Libya is an important economic and commercial market for Tunisia, and vice versa.
