The President of the Tunisian, Private Clinics Group, Khaled Al-Nabli said in a press statement that the Libyan authorities pledged to pay the first installment of the accumulated debts owed by the Libyan state on the 2 May, but did not fulfill their obligation.

He added that the amount that was supposed to be paid only represented approximately 15% of the amount owed to private clinics in Tunisia, starting from 2011 to the end of 2016, which in total amounted to 230 million Tunisian dinars across 55 different clinics.
