The member of the Constitution Drafting Assembly (CDA) Nadia Omran said the Tripoli Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that the administrative judiciary is not specialized in appeals lodged against the CDA.

Omran added that such a ruling renders the CDA-drafted constitution plausible and ready to undergo referendum.

Meanwhile, Al-Bayda Appeals Court ruled for the suspension of referendum on the constitution based on a challenge lodged by some CDA members.
