A team of Libyan doctors left for Italy to help in the fight against the Coronavirus pandemic, according to the Libyan Ministry of Foreign Affairs on its Facebook page, which is all part of the ongoing cooperation between Italy and Libya in efforts to combat the pandemic.

The team of doctors, led by Dr. Kamel Al-Tlaou, traveled to Italy to provide assistance in the coordination between the National Center for Disease Control (NCDC), and the Italian Health Authority and it is expected that the program may extend from two weeks on to a month, if necessary.
