The Municipal Councils of Bent Bey and Alghrefa in southern Libya announced the suspension of work in all departments of the two municipalities in solidarity with the youth movement in the south named Kafa Samt or Enough Silence.
The youth group had earlier announced their organization of civil disobedience in the cities of southern Libya in protest of the deteriorating conditions of living and service, in the southern region.
