The Libyan Army announced on Sunday that dozens of its ranks continue to receive training in Turkey according to the military training and cooperation agreement already in place between both countries.

The Media Center of the Libyan Army’s Volcano of Rage Operation said that 160 soldiers within its ranks are receiving training as part of a comprehensive five-month program.

The Center added that the soldiers would be trained in various methods of fighting such as the storming of fortified buildings and taking part in manoeuvres using live ammunition to simulate the atmosphere of real battle and also training on the shooting of several types of weapons, including light and medium weaponry.
