The sixth batch of Sudanese migrants in Libya consisting of 116 migrants has arrived at Khartoum Airport, coming from Benghazi.

The Sudanese Foreign Ministry explained that the batch is the first to arrive from the eastern region of Libya, via Benghazi's Benina Airport, noting that it is the largest batch of Sudanese migrants repatriated from Libya so far, according to the Sudanese news agency.

"Around 165 Sudanese are still stranded in the outskirts and suburbs of Tripoli, in addition to another small group of 45 people who are waiting in Tunisia to be repatriated to Sudan," the Sudanese Foreign ministry added.
