The Libyan army spokesman, Muhammad Gununu has confirmed that at least 12 people were either killed or injured within the 48 hours, since the "deceptive” announcement made by Haftar's spokesman regarding a humanitarian ceasefire, as he described.

He explained that casualties included 6 dead, among them women, and 6 injuries, some of whom were children.

Speaking at a press briefing on Monday, Gununu said that they have tracked suspicious movements and mobilization of Haftar militias in the surroundings of Tripoli.

"Orders have been given to our forces to deal with the enemy fire with the utmost vigour," Gununu underlined.
