The Protection Force of Sirte has denied receiving any support from the US or Denmark regarding the demining operations in Sirte.
"Our team is performing their job to the fullest extent possible," the spokesman for the Clearance of Mine and Remnants of War Salim al-Amil, explained, stressing that they have not received any equipment from any foreign country so far despite their demands to the Presidential Council in this regard.
He added that the city of Sirte and its suburbs have not been declared yet as free-mine areas.
