Sirte Protection and Security Force has arrested, in cooperation with the Military Police, a gang involved in organized migrants smuggling at the eastern entrance of Sirte.
The force said that the migrants were caught hiding in a truck packed with vegetables, coming from Al-Bayda city.
It further clarified that there were 14 of them, all of Egyptian nationality, confirming the referral of the gang to the Criminal Investigation Department to take legal action against them.
