The Sirte Field Operations Room of Al-Bunyan Al-Marsoos issued an order banning civilians from totting weapons in public places, wedding parties and other events, saying that weapons are also banned from cars in Sirte no matter what the reasons are as long as the owners of the weapons are not from security forces in the city.
It also said that legal measures will be taken against the violations including those in wedding parties or any other events.
