The Lebanese Foreign Ministry said in a statement that the ship "Nivin", which was evacuated by Libyan security forces from the illegal immigrants who had barricaded themselves in the ship for ten days, will leave the port of Misurata today after repairing the electrical fault inflicted on it.

The Lebanese Foreign Ministry explained that the Lebanese Ambassador to Libya Mohammed Skaineh had contacted the captain of the Lebanese ship Bassam Sabat and contributed to ending the crisis of migrants who were evacuated from the ship without injuries.

The Foreign Ministry thanked the Libyan authorities, especially in Misurata, for their efforts to end the crisis.
