The Speaker of the Turkish National Assembly, Mustafa Shantoub, sent an official invitation to the President of the High Council of State (HCS), Khalid Al-Mishri to visit Turkey in order to hold discussions on bilateral relations and various issues of mutual interest.
According to a statement released by the HCS, Shantoub invited Al-Mishri to visit Turkey to discuss the present situation in Libya and to lay out plans to create a framework for joint cooperation between both sides.
This invitation came via a phone call on Monday, in which Shantoub and Al-Mishri shared Eid Al-Adha greetings.
