The number of victims in the escalated bombing by Haftar militias on the University dormitory in Furnaj district in Tripoli, recently used to house displaced people, has risen to seven fatalities and 17 injuries, all of whom were received by the University Hospital, Tripoli.

The Center for Field Medicine and Support has confirmed that amongst the dead was a five-year-old Bangladeshi boy, while another Bangladeshi girl below the age of five was wounded.

A paramedic and an ambulance driver were also injured while attempting to provide a safe route for the remainder of the trapped displaced persons, who were desperately scrambling to escape from the targeted building.
