The French newspaper "Le Point" has revealed the injury of a senior commander in the Russian company Wagner, Alexander Kuznetsov while fighting alongside Haftar's militias, south of Tripoli.

The newspaper added that Kuznetsov -nicknamed Ratibor- was flown to the military hospital in Russia's St. Petersburg, because of his serious injury.

It confirmed that he was a former prisoner, and was charged with criminal cases, disclosing that he was awarded the Order of Courage by Russian President, Vladimir Putin in 2016.

As many as 300 Russian mercenaries are fighting in Haftar's forces' ranks, according to the newspaper, 35 of them were reportedly killed, mostly from "Wagner", where their bodies had not yet been transferred to Russia, according to the newspaper.
