A festival was held for the Tebu national day of culture at the Tayouri district of Sabha.
The festival was in the presence of a number of dignitaries and sheikhs of Tebu and Tuareg tribes and civil society institutions.
The ceremony started with words that expressed the tribal culture, its depth and its worthy place in Libyan history, a culture that was stated to be that of peace and love through its arts, customs and traditions.
The ceremony was filled with musical pieces and ancient Tebu folk dances as well as an exhibition of traditional collectables
