The Chairman of the Presidential Council, Fayez Sarraj, said on Wednesday that the way to overcome the current crisis in the country begins with respect for the democratic process, the referendum on the constitution and the elections.

Sarraj arrived in the town of Jadu on Wednesday morning and said that the Libyan people held a revolution on the 17 of February for a change to democracy instead of authoritarian rule, as well as to improve their infrastructure and basic health and educational services.

Sarraj was accompanied on his visit by the Ministers of Interior and Education, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, the Chairman of the General Electricity Company, and the Chairman of Water Resources Authority.
