The Chairman of the Presidential Council (PC), Fayez Al-Sarraj has declared that the Libyan army forces are close to ending the war after the achievements they have accomplished on the battlegrounds.
In an interview with Sputnik, Al-Sarraj added that the army has succeeded in repelling the aggression which is backed by money and weapons from foreign countries, emphasizing that the offensive which has been going on for more than seven months, with an aim to occupy the capital and seize power, has failed to achieve its goals.
