Prime Minister, Fayez Al-Sarraj, has turned down calls for return to Geneva talks after shelling of Tripoli's Seaport by Haftar's militias.

The head of Libya's internationally recognized Government has said "there can be no negotiations under bombing".

During a visit to the shelled port on Tuesday, Al-Sarraj said the attack on the port could have led to a "real catastrophe", had a nearby vessel transporting liquified gas been hit.

"The attack is a clear message from the aggressors and their supporters that there is no credibility for the cease-fire, but their purpose was to buy more time to carry out their evil scheme," he told reporters.
