Chairman of the Presidential Council, Fayez Al-Sarraj, met Sunday the Special Representative of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), Abdel-Rahman Ghandour.

The meeting addressed the role of the UNICIF in assisting the competent authorities in Libya to overcome the problems facing children, especially those of displaced families, in the field of health, vaccination campaigns and psychological and social support programs, in addition to the field of education and the restoration of schools.

Sarraj stressed that child care is a top priority for his government and that they are ready to support UNICEF's efforts and to help expand its work in Libya according to its needs.
