The Speaker of House of Representatives (HoR), Aqailah Saleh, met with warlord Khalifa Haftar at the headquarters of Saleh in the city of Al-Qubbah, in the presence of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity (GNU) Hussein Al-Qatrani.
HoR spokesman, Abdullah Belhaq, said that the meeting, which took place on Friday evening, dealt with the latest developments in the country, however, no further information or details were forthcoming.
It is worth noting that Haftar continues habitually to violate the order issued by the Presidential Council (PC) recently, prohibiting all meetings of a military or political nature to be held, either at home or abroad.
