The Russian Deputy Foreign Minister, Mikhail Bogdanov, remarked that Moscow had not seen any indication from Libyan political players to implement the military or political outcomes of the Berlin Conference.

The Russian news agency TASS quoted Bogdanov, on Wednesday as saying that the cease-fire (called for by Russia and Turkey on January 12) has ‘generally’ been adhered to, adding that there seems to be no indication by both parties on what he described as adhering to principles or the readiness to implement the Berlin Conference resolutions.
