Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov has denied on Sunday, Russia’s aim to hold new discussions on Libya in Moscow. He added that progress in resolving the present Libyan crisis is not dependent on talks but rather, on the implementation of constructive input.

Bogdanov, in an interview with the Russian Sputnik news agency, said that the Middle East and North African regions remain unstable due to what he described as powerful and dangerous conflicts resulting in menacing contradictions, mainly initiated by external players.
