The minister of displaced people’s affairs in the Presidential Council’s government Yusuf Jalala said Saturday that they are about to finish a residential area in Tawergha to accommodate the IDPs who were evicted from Tripoli’s Tariq Al-Matar camp.

Jalala told reporters that work in Tawergha is wheeling forth slowly, adding that the residents are concerned about the fact that nobody was appointed as head of injured and missing affairs’ commission.

Abu Salim central security department evicted Friday the IDPs from the makeshift houses in Tariq Al-Matar “over legal violations threatening Tripoli’s security.”
