The International Committee of the Red Cross handed over the Municipality of Sirte, a humanitarian aid convoy.

The committee's central region branch in Libya said in a statement that the aid, which consists of food and hygiene packages, targets the needy families in the city on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.

The supplies will be distributed in cooperation with the Social Affairs Office in Sirte, with the aim to cover around 200 needy families, according to the committee.
