Qatar announced on Sunday the establishment of a fund under the auspices of the African Union, worth $ 20 million; to cover the cost of repatriating illegal African migrants from Libya to their countries.
Emir of Qatar, Tamim Al-Thani, said during a meeting with African Union Commission, President Moussa Ahmed that the fund would be established to support the return of migrants and their reintegration into their communities.
