The Head of the Presidential Council Fayez Al-Sirraj met on Tuesday with the Minister of Planning Al-Taher Al-Jahimi, Minister of Finance, Osama Hamad, and the Chairman of the National Oil Corporation, Mustafa Sanallah to review the Libyan economic and financial conditions.
Al-Sirraj's media office reported that the meeting discussed the NOC budget and financial preparations for 2018 and the necessary funds for the NOC to be able to boost oil production and exports so it helps improve Libya's financial and economic conditions, not to mention that such steps would drop the rates of deficit in the country's budget.
