Chairman of Presidential Council Fayez Sarraj met Sunday with Chairman of the Board of the General Electricity Company Abdul-Majeed Hamza and other senior officials of the company to discuss the crisis of power outages.
The meeting looked into ways of solving the power crisis and the company’s efforts to reduce load-shedding hours and maintain power stations.
Western and Southern Libya regions are experiencing severe power cuts that have seen several towns and districts enduring long periods without electricity amid high temperatures.
