Chairman of the Presidential Council (PC), Fayez Al-Sarraj said Saturday that Haftar's forces are continuing their indiscriminate bombardment of civilian areas, including homes and infrastructure in Tripoli.

During his meeting with the UN envoy to Libya, Ghassan Salame and his deputy Stephanie Williams, Al-Sarraj underlined that Haftar's forces are committing violations of human rights, including the recruitment of children to fight in their ranks.

On the other hand, Salame expressed his total rejection of any attack on civilians and civilian installations, considering it a serious violation of international humanitarian law.

He also emphasized that the mission will continue efforts to bring this war to an end.
