The Presidential Council (PC) condemned in a statement yesterday the terrorist attack on the headquarters of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) in Tripoli, expressing its condolences to the families of the victims who were killed in the attack and wishing those wounded a quick recovery.
The PC praised the efforts of the security services, confirming that an investigation was ordered to determine the dimensions of the attack, the identity of the attackers, and who was behind them.
The PC said that the attackers had taken advantage of the unstable security situation in Tripoli after the previous clashes, to carry out their crime and threaten the lives of innocent people.
