The Presidential Council (PC) has condemned in the strongest terms the continuous aerial bombardment of Mitiga Civil Airport and other government headquarters in Tripoli, by Haftar's airforce.
"Such treacherous and cowardly attacks demonstrates that the war criminal, Khalifa Haftar has sensed the end of his authoritarian project, while it coincides with his claims of accepting dialogue and political solution," the PC stated on Friday.
The statement also indicated that these violations occur in full view of the United Nations Mission, leaving the international community with no justifications for not taking a firm stand towards him.
