The Presidential Council (PC) head, Fayez Al-Sarraj adopted Saturday the recommendations approved by the emergency committee entrusted by him at a meeting last Monday.
The recommendations include the allocation of an emergency budget to municipalities, in order to support the displaced and war-affected people and to ensure that citizens continue to receive the basic services.
The decision further stipulates the allocating of an emergency budget to the General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL) for the maintenance of the network and transmission lines affected by the clashes.
