The Libyan Oil and Gas Minister Mohammed Oun called on the Prime Minister Abdul-Hamid Dbeibah to withdraw orders issued by the Chairman of the National Oil Corporation Mustafa Sanallah about forming three boards for oil firms owned by the Libyan state, saying the orders are against the law.

Oun said Sanallah's orders for the Arabian Gulf Oil Company, Mediterranean Oil Services Company and Al-Jawabi real estate investment company issued last week were against lass and regulations, adding that Sanallah tried to use an illegal document.

Oun indicated that Sanallah should be placed under investigation for these violations, saying such orders need the consent of the board of directors and the approval of the entire government cabinet not by the Prime Minister alone.
