A number of people and notables in southern Libya have warned of forming a third government that would work to meet their needs, similar to the eastern and western regions.

The people explained in a video from the city of Ubari that this came due to the marginalization and exclusion that the region has faced for years, especially after they were prevented by Haftar's militia from holding the second Fezzan Forum.

They also indicated that the region is witnessing trafficking and smuggling operations by Haftar’s militias who came just for this purpose, describing them as repressive elements, calling for holding presidential and parliamentary elections without exclusion.
