National Oil Company said The technical team of the Arabian Gulf Oil Company and another from Schlumberger Company managed to finish the first operations in measurement of oil wells at Sarir oilfield this month after years of stoppage due to security unrest.
NOC added that it welcomes the return of foreign companies in the oil sector and the great impact that will follow such a step, especially in increasing oil production in Libya.
