The head of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Mustafa Sanallah has warned that the NOC may have to suspend work at the Zawiya refinery after targeting a storage warehouse west of the refinery entrance by Haftar’s air force on Friday.

"This act is a war crime that will cost the Libyan people hundreds of millions of dollars and lead to human and material losses and environmental disasters," Sanallah explains.

He confirmed that they have reached out to local and international relevant agencies to report these crimes, in order to ensure that such violations do not go unpunished.
