The Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Mustafa Sanaallah has signed with the Director General of Eni North Africa, Antonio Baldasari, an extension of the Security Management System for the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed in March 2019.
“The MoU foresees a series of activities for the improvements of the security standards through a capacity-building program for NOC and Mellitah Oil Gas industrial security personnel,” NOC said in its statement.
This came within the framework of Eni's effort to develop and improve security standards for the oil and gas industry in Libya.
